    I wouldn't mind seeing it first hand and experiencing the city. after a while, I think the crowds would make me want to experience it from a balcony rather than street level. ;)

    we call it a "Semla"

    it's a bread with the top cut off, and some of the inside taken out and almond paste put in, then lots of cream and the lid put back on.
