  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I have the same problem, it's like if you do it after a certain amount of time, the change will only show in the thread, and not in the forum.

    As I understand it, this has always been a mainstay and a 'non-issue' here, if only because I thought it to be common knowledge that if you wanted to change your thread's title, you would need to PM a mod about the update.

    It is along the same lines of editing your posts; if you can edit your posts within two minutes, it does not necessarily show in the forum that you edited your post. I believe the time limit goes for Thread titles as well, so that if you decide to make minor changes to the title, you can only do so in the first two minutes after posting.

    I'm not familiar with the VB type boards, i usually use yuku boards, they are simpler to use.

    Jet; do me a favour will ya. Find a thread you've created and double click on the title. Does a text box appear for you to edit? We have that capability being mods, I'm not sure whether you can do it for your own thread. If so, problem solved.

    If not, then just use the Issues thread or PM one of us and we'll fix it.

    In all interst for us non-mods, I'll give it a test configuration. EDIT: works not.

    I, myself don't much have a problem with title editing, though, since I usually go with "A - B: C" for all my titles.

    A = models

    B = set name

    C = my two cents' worth

    Cheers.

    I guess if you don't edit it in the two minutes provided, then just PM one of us or use the Issues. If I spot a wonky title I edit it myself but if not, it's best for someone to notify us.
