    actually no, she's always had huge tits and they were natural. seeing how dolly parton grew up dirt poor i fail to see how it would be possible to get implants, especially when she was "breaking into the scene" in the early 60's(i don't believe they even had implants in the early sixties). there was a poster of her from a concert around 1965, her body looks exactly how it looks today.

    she did infact get implants in the late 80's, but that was because she had lost a lot of weight and her tits sagged. she did not get them any bigger then they were before.
