Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     from 1935? There was no color in 1935. There was barely sound.

    This movie is certainly black-and-white. But there were color films in this time. Beginning in 1932, Technicolor introduced a new color process—"Process 4", with one negative for each primary color and a "matrix" to improve contrast. This became the standard for the major Hollywood studios. The list of early color feature films you can see here
