i was thinking much the same thing, madman...paparazzi are getting bolder and bolder and not in a good way...someone's gonna get killed in a blatant paparazzi stunt and only then is something gonna happen!
...oh, waitaminit, that already happened...Princess Di...and nothing happened...nevermind...

 

Every one has a bad day and its just the celbrities have people following them at all times that are trying to get a reaction out of them. And are always there to capture the restults.

Being a celebrity is a choice. No one made her go into acting. She should have realized: "I am a gorgeous, South African, blonde, smart and agressive woman, I hope that the press doesn't follow me around like insects"
I feel ZERO pity for celebrities, if they wanted to be left alone, they should never have gone into acting. Life is full of imbalances. Riches and fame = no private life. No fame or money = plenty of private life.
If you are rich and famouse and try really hard to stay out of the public eye 1 of 2 things will happen: You will end up living like a hermit and storing your urine in jars (Howard Hughes) or people will forget who you are and you will no longer be rich and famous (David Caruso).

Yes, Charlize chose the life of celebrity. BUT, you have to recognize that certain paparazzi cross the line when it comes to getting a shot of a star. Contrary to your heartless comments of zero pity for celebrities, I think they are entitled to a measure of private life.

Having a camera in your face EVERYWHERE YOU GO, with leeching pigs camped outside any house or hotel you're in, following you around, watching and photographing every fucking move you make has to wear the patience of even the most tolerant and understanding celebrity!

Charlize is a true class act. For you unsympathetic losers to hack on her for desiring some tiny shred of privacy proves how pathetic and spiteful you really are!

 

It's really got to get annoying after a while with a camera in your face all the time.

alot of posts in this forum are pics of celebs having coffee and doing normal things but nobody says in those posts that they pictures have been an instrusion of somebodys personal life. there are rules into what pictures the paparazzi can get take in the UK anyway not really sure about in America.

 

Di didn't die because of paparazzi. She died exclusively because of her driver. He did not need to drive whatever-the-fuck miles per hour through a tunnel. Paparazzi have cameras, not machine guns. Nuisance, yes. If Di's driver hadn't sped through a tunnel, would she still be alive today? Probably.

I'll bet Charlize isn't flipping off the bouncers when she moves straight to the front of the line at a club. Bet she's not shooting the bird at the Maitre 'D when she gets the best table at a resturant, or is put up in the presidental suite at a top hotels, or when studio execs are waiving multi-million dollar movie contracts in her face.

If you like privacy and anonymity, don't put yourself in the public spotlight. Otherwise accept the consequences and don't bitch about it.
