    I'm always amazed that every blonde pop star has a fat black guy for security. Nothing against fat black guys, and they're fine as bouncers since they can just block a doorway, but what good is a 350 pound man going to be in a fight or a crisis situation? He can't run, he's too slow to deal with multiple attackers, his sausage fingers can barely fit through the trigger guard if he's packing, etc.

    Yeah, if he gets a hold of you he can just hold on, or fall on you, but fat guys have no hand speed with their punches, he couldn't possibly kick or jump. I'd put money on half the guys in my martial arts class against any random 350 pound bodyguard, if there was space to maneuver.

    On the whole, it seems like it would be effortless for just two fit, unarmed guys to pick off Britney, or Jessica, or Paris, or whoever depends on a sack of dough bodyguard for their safety. One sucker punches the bodyguard and keeps him occupied by dancing out of reach, and the other grabs the bimbo and runs off. Fatty's not going to catch up, that's for sure.

    Not that I'm suggesting anything, mind you.
