  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    what happened to the approved imagehost thread? I don't see it anymore, even searched for it and nada.

    it seems dreamuploader and photogiga are down now.

    was photos.cx still on the approved list?

    let´s say the stickies took over a little too much. a little "clean-up" - the list of the imagehosts is available in the rules-threads of each section. maybe there will be a few more mergers sooner or later.

    some work, but the "ideal" solution could be to have all important infos like rules, links to tutorials etc. in one thread (probably the "announcement/faq" - link on top). i´ve heard that this is the first place for newbies to check...

    photogiga is working now but I don't know what the problem is with dreamuploader. As for photos.cx the owner thinks were all assholes so I don't see why we should use them.

    Can anyone explain to me why my sig can only be displayed in thumbnail mode no matter which image host I use?? I'm baffled!! Incidentally, if the one on this post is full size, It must be because I used photos.cx - who can say??
