    Ok, this dress has sheer material on it so technically it is partially sheer. As far as I'm concerned though if I can see less skin than I can at the beach you needn't put sheer in the title.

    Ok...I put "partially sheer" because part of the dress is sheer and I hoped that would let people know there's nothing really good showing. I see thread titles here all the time that just flat out say "sheer dress" with less than this showing and it bugs me. So, if there were nipples or anything showing, I would not put "partially sheer". I would have said "sheer". Does that make sense, or should I still leave it out?

    Instead of "partially" you could have put "semi" , they both mean the same thing so it wouldn't make much difference. I think the title is ok, don't worry about it.
    Just one side note, that's not a dress, it's a skirt and separate top. ;)
