I was around when they were first leaked. It was a total fluke. The dude asked for the password to the albums on the photographer's website and was just given it, probably on the assumption that only someone on her team would ask. There's more than what's been leaked, because the 1300+ album was how much some guy was able to save and upload before he got busy and by the time he came back to finish the rest he had been contacted and, as a fan, decided to stop saving them. As far as I know, no one else had access long enough to get the rest, or bothered really. Again, regular fans, not a group of hackers here.

I can say that there's nothing major missing. I can't recall off-hand, but I think there's only 2 sets missing and they're fully clothed.
