Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I assume op used a de-watermaking service like steptodown that let's you download the source file from gettyimages without a watermark and it works very well but yesterday when I was downloading a few files, I noticed something's changed and I got the same exact lookin results after downloading a few files, it looks like it's AI upscaled from an extremely small image or some shit. So probably something is broken on their end, you will get a better result by just going on gettyimages and download the files directly and just deal with the watermark for now.
