But you're also gonna get those bullshit demand letters from lawyers. There are entire firms that do nothing buy that. No DCMA, no C&D But straight "were going to sue you for millions of dollars or you can settle right now for $5k and we will provide you a license for the image(s)"

Millions and millions are made from those every year from people that get scares and don't know any better.

They throw shit at the wall and see what sticks. Every single one I got, I took the stuff down, then I had my lawyer respond asking for discovery data and proof of damages. Stopped every single one of them in its tracks. They don't want the hassle and time for discovery, and proof of damages is nearly impossible to come up eith
