    Streaming quality must have been pretty bad, or is this just zoomed in a lot? It's hard to tell if she was even wearing anything under the skirt or not. You'd think she would, considering she's up on stage, but with Miley, who knows lol. She obviously didn't have anything on under the top.

    I think it would be cool to have a video of the performance where she lost her top and then had the tit flash when she came back with the jacket.
