TRS is great, I watch Mando and TRS every Friday morning.

The joke about TR is a self-deprecating joke about Americans being dumb. At least that's how I read it.

Oh Sophie, if you only knew how many of these people there are. Haven't you ever seen the 'people on the street' segments on various talk shows(pre-pandemic), where the majority of people couldn't point out the country on a globe, didn't know what the 3 branches of government were, didn't know who the Vice President was at the time, couldn't even point out the state they lived in The number one disease in America is stupidity/proud ignorance. I mean, some of them are the same people who push the idea that humans rode the dinosaurs and that the Native Americans willingly and peacefully gave up all their land(yes, some Boards of Education have textbooks that say just that).

The Weekend at last and next week the last week in November!

Mega busy multi-tasking day yesterday, its bleak out there doing my Volunteer work.

Heard some saying this should be a "Low key" Christmas/Holiday season.
Can i just point out, you can fuck off if you think i'm having a low key Christmas
after two lockdown's, my job all but gone, cut off from the outside world and the world
i knew vanished around me.

I do not mean it will be a "Normal" Christmas, there won't be parties with rooms full
of people, we won't be travelling to see family or them coming to see us.

But if you think i'm sitting there watching the walls and seeing December merge into
January, it isn't going to happen.

In the UK, there's talk of a 5 day normal-ish Christmas followed by a strict 5 day
lockdown in January?

I just think i'll just be adapting Christmas.

I was brought up in a family that was surrounded by old movies, old and new music and us being encouraged to read
and look things up if we didn't understand.

Never before in history have we had so much information at our finger tips and yet some believe that the Covid
vaccine will have Star Trek 24th Century Borg Nano-mites in it that will enable Bill Gates to control us.

So technology has jumped forwards by 300 hundred years?

I never watched it, but my older Sister used to watch "Glee", i can remember her telling me she saw
on Twitter that fans were saying "they featured a new song on it and how brilliant it was and how brilliant it was
and everyone had to listen to it".

It was called.... "Singing in the rain".

Boxing and sparring in a gym seems like a another world and i can't see when its going to happen again in the near future.
