Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     What is its purpose? That is, what are we saying when we use it?

    That's one of the things that drives me a little crazy about smileys, some of them I just don't get and there's no manual out there for what they all are supposed to mean. I mean, sure, some are self-explanatory, but some just leave me scratching my head.

    I get that, it took me a few years but I did eventually re-acclimate to our harsh winters, though when it starts getting down to -5/-10°F (-23C), I try to stay indoors in the heat as much as possible.

    But with my arthritis getting as bad as it has been, my tolerance for the cold has been much reduced... :confused:

    To be clear, I'm not looking for deep meaning, I'm just looking some kind of meaning however trivial. It's like a language thing... it kinda helps if we know what we're saying to each other. :dunno:

    But hey, if it's just pleasing decoration, that works for me!

    56F this morning here....have not seen these temps since April. I never considered moving north in the past as I was a motorcycle nut and did not want to pack the bike away for several months a year. Now that I have had to give up my life long passion, I would love to move north as I much prefer cooler weather rather than tropical heat such as what we have in Florida, USA. I just want to go as far north as the hard wood trees grow as evergreens are very dirty burning trees (for my wood burning stove). Northeast Tennessee or Southeast Kentucky would be great.....on about 50 acres of fully hard wooded land. :)

    Temps are meant to drop 10c overnight.

    I'm having problems posting on here via any of my desktops, can only post on my phone.
    So posts may be a bit limited till I figure out what's up.

    We're watching "Oceans 8" & I'm shouting at Sandra Bullock for messing with her face.
