LEAKS Emma Watson Leaked Pics and Videos

The wardrobe pictures were taken on January 11th 2016 and the bathtub vids were taken on April 2nd 2016. All of the bathtub pics are screen caps except one and that one shows the location of where it was taken.

Not gonna post the location but if someone is able to connect it with something else. Then that could be all the proof you need.

 

Well, not posting the location either, but it is the town she grew up in. And still lived from time to time.

Not sure that's the case. If the pictures were taken on her phone then I presume she automatically owns copyright to them.

Actually under US copyright law the copyright which is automatic is given to the picture taker. Though Emma can get the copyright transferred to her. Though for things like magazine/website shoots the website/magazine may hold the copyright

Though since the nude content was taken in the UK I'm not sure what the copyright law is.

Anyone know if the rumors of a masterbation video are true?

 

Isn't issuing copyryight take down on the nudes and pursuing legal action on them admitting they are of her? If the nudes aren't Emma then she can't claim to be the victim of any hack of them. Now the non nudes are a separate issue, but seeing as they are not nude, I wonder if she will make a big deal of those at all.

Emma's reps acknowledged the pics, but not the tub vids. They described the leaks as non nude photos. Obviously since there's no face she can deny that the vid is her, whether true or not .

They were actually very clever in their response:

"The spokesman insisted no nude pictures were taken, stating: 'Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen.

'They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.'

The stylist pictures are indeed "not nude" and they avoid having to reference the video at all.

 

So doesn't look like we will get anything more. Still, the videos are way more than I was ever expecting so I definitely should not complain.

 

Not judging at all....but, you would think after the last mass leak some of these ladies would be a little more careful with technology. It's perfectly fine if they think it's fun to snap nude vids or pics for themselves or significant others, but consider what and where your "smart" phone is backing up those files. Either keep in all on a locked phone without backing up that naughty "private" folder, or use an encrypted messaging and/or cloud service. Seriously...iCloud?

 

Or better yet, use a camera that isn't constantly connected to the internet.

Standalone cameras still exist in this day and age. And memory sticks inside of a camera can't be illegally obtained through a wifi connection.

These are from the last hack, they are not new. They are simply being released now. Her PA confirmed the pics are from 2014. There was a dark net pic trading group that had lots of celebrity pics. Some found there way into our world, but there supposedly many, many more and explicit pics, but as they are prized possessions of collectors they are unlikey to see the light of day. We are getting a little taste of what they really have.

 

The bath picture/video is date stamped 2016 so this is not from the previous 'Fappening'

Even though we can't see her face in the video I am still wavering towards it being her. The bracelet is just too distinctive and to have a video of a girl (with pic date stamped 4/2 in a location we know she could have been) and then have a pic of Emma date stamped 4/3 wearing the exact same bracelet....that's just too much of a coincidence.

 

I too am 90% convinced on the bath picture and videos. For all the reasons mentioned. Put it this way: if it's not Emma, who is it? Whoever it is, she seems very careful not to want to show her face so I presume someone famous.

Can't remember who but I saw an interview with a female celebrity saying when she sends naughty pics she keeps the camera below neck level, just in case.
