    I'm sure a person can tweak the two sources together to form what you're looking for but my version of photoshop isn't equipped with such fancy things. (My photoshop version is so old, Olok and Mulaf used it to make cave paintings 50,000 years ago)

    Is there a program or tool that allows a person to add sound effects to gif frames?
    Like having 10 images of a person's face and for each image, a horn or ping will be heard as it appears?

    good grief thats a lot of work to make a looping gif. he could have also slowed it down to a 66% speed to make it seem longer and actually be smaller since you could clip even more unnoticably, right?

    Not expecting you to use them all. I like pics 5 & 6 the most, but feel free to choose whatever combo you think works well together. :)
