    I attempted to adjust the contrast etc but I think that with the white top someone with xray skills can do better :D

    Ok, let's a quick test if you have GIMP (free picture editor):
    - open your source pic
    - duplicate it
    - select duplicated version and change it from Normal to Screen (if clothes is dark) or Multiply (if clothes is dark) mode
    - duplicate this second layer many times when will you see nipples (or what you want).

    See it? Not? If no, then your picture is no good for xraying. If see any niples, then will be good. That's it.

    She has a bra on that prevents an X-ray being done. You can see it peeking out at the bottom of the "v" in the blouse.
