It seems like at least last week and this week they have been released on Sunday afternoon

What can we expect? Only Cersei with her nude walk of shame (but unfortunately filthy and short hair) or also other nude scenes??
I thought Nathalie Emanuelle would go nude this season?? But maybe not going to happen??

This season has been a huge disappointment nudity wise. None of the main actresses got naked and I don't expect that to change in the last episode or in the next seasons for that matter. And to think all the expectations we had before season 5...

 

Indeed! Only Carice is great, she doesn't mind doing these scenes! Hopefully a better next season (nudity wise ), but i don't think so! We've seen the best already! The first seasons are always the best!

 

There is very little to the last two books worth remembering, they seemed to be just GRRM killing time and filling up pages. It seems that the "Sand Snakes" are a bigger deal in the series than in the books. In the books IIRC while some of the Sand Snakes wear sexy clothing that's about it.

As for Emilia Clarke, in the books of course her character wears will sorts of breast baring stuff in Meereen and she gets it on repeatedly with Daario before getting married, including implied anal sex so if you were to stay true to the books...but of course they aren't. And I can understand Emilia's choices, she's just starting out, she (I assume) wants to have a long career as a serious actress, not to just be the actress everyone calls when they need someone to be naked a lot. Still, it sucks for us.

I think that GoT has gotten so big world-wide that they simply don't need to do nudity (or to require it of their main characters) anymore. So while they'll still have scenes in brothels and a serving wench here and there, big time nudity from the big name characters probably ended with the "walk of shame". Just MHO.

Yeah. Her head looks digitally imposed on the body. Can't blame her though. There's a big difference between doing a nude/sex scene and doing a scene like that.

She's walking like she has books on her head. The don't move your head around too much. Easier to super impose on top of a body

Yeah, Headey has hardly any tits at all. That is sadly a body double.

 

She's done topless before - but clearly not her boobs. Just Google her in '300'

I guess it was easier to CGI the whole body than just the lower half.

 

Everyone who has seen Lena Headey naked before knows that is not her real body. Shameful from the GoT producers for such a blatant use of CGI/body double. Even her face looks weird.

Like I've said before, we can't expect any more (real) nudity from the main cast from now on....

 

Upon doing some reading, it appears the reason CGI was used was because of Lena Headey's pregnancy.

 

It hasn't been hidden that this would be a body double.

Luckily for Headey, she didn't have to endure all of the walk herself; a body double aided in some aspects. Considering the actress's many tattoos, the makeup department was probably quite relieved. "I'm sure it's a nightmare for them!" Waddingham said. "But our fantastic body double was just so brave. I had a lot of respect for her."

And Entertainment Weekly:

"The sequence took three grueling days to shoot, and while Headey might not have been naked herself during all the shots (a body double was used), she still had to pass through the hostile jeering mud-slinging crowd over and over again, trying to silently convey a progressive journey of complex emotions as Cersei reaches her lowest point..."

 

I'm pretty sure that wasn't mud.
