    Our 16 inches of snow never melted - we didn't have a thaw, so the ground still has quite an amount of snow.

    It's funny but I don't know how to begin to remedy the situation. If you look at the lot it should drain just fine. Everything slopes to one corner. It's just not getting to that corner. :mad:
