    Feeling so-so.....started the day feeling good, now, not so much. Did a lot of cooking today to make life easier this coming week. I have lots of yard work that I need to get started on.

    I have a large, rectangular electric skillet with a lid that I used in an experiment. First, I poured in three cups of water which I seasoned to my taste (yes, it did have some cayenne pepper in it). I then broke up a package of thin, whole wheat spaghetti and added it to the water. Then I added lots of veggies on top, covered and set the control to 225F for 40 minutes. It turned out pretty good. After that, used the same skillet and cooked about a dozen, large and thick, ground beef patties.

    I rarely watch a cooking show called The Chew, but I did last week and the short, fat chef made a dish that provided the foundation for my imagination for what I did today.....It is almost always an adventure when I cook as I never know how it will turn out. :rofl:
