    I have not looked at anybody's weather today....spent the day cleaning this house....8 hours and I am tired. Thoretta does not do shit around here. I will take a look at general weather now as I need to know just what is predicted for here tonight is nothing else. :?

    Today's bathroom leak "replay" (I went through the same stuff a couple months ago and maintenance did nothing in the apartment below) is the reason for the building burning down. Incompetent management hiring dufus employees.

    It is a shame....after 15 years of maintaining 133 structures, I learn to identify the knowledgeable tradesman that cared, and trust them. Apparently, I earned their respect by talking with them, learning what they felt they needed to do their jobs better, and providing those items to them. I ended being shit on by the "new" upper management, but I know I started many programs that made them look good, developed many friends that was based upon mutual respect, and kept many of them out of jail! (political and upper management!)

    I don't think I would mind the degree of cold and the snow now that I am retired and can stay inside during these really fringed times for you, but the duration would become a little old for me......at my age, wasted time is a serious concern! :lol:
