Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Car issues at the moment Merlin. Nothing too major. Wifes cars had been acting strange. No heat and she was hearing a moving liquid sound inside the car. Car overheated on the way to work the yesterday. Had it at my friends shop and it ended up being a coolant leak in an elbow. Had him replace the busted strut mount while it was in. Then while that car is in the shop my car starts having problems starting while i was at work. Then check engine light came on. Stopped by the shop and had him run the code. Turns out its a coolant temp sensor. Gonna have him replace it before work. Luckily, its not too expensive.

    Other than that? Business as usual.

    Currently we are turning two at the same time. One is sold and they are moving in Tuesday, ready or not. Still have some ceiling work and 300' of quarter round to put down and caulk and paint. Tomorrow and Monday to do that....

    The second one, we had a lot of damage, via continual toilet issues, to repair. Then, we had to upgrade both bathrooms to be ADA compliant. Monday, another one, which is sold comes open. They are moving in on the 8th. :yikes:
