Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I ride in with an elderly lady, who starts a half hour later than my normal time, and does a different job. Very reliable, but I lose a half hour a day.

    I don't like it either....plus the third phase is the chimney and metal topper on the chimney....way up there and to access it entirely, you have to deal with three different roof levels/surfaces. I don't have ladder systems appropriate for that, so I will have to dig deep and pay to have it done.

    Seems like a worthwhile compromise until you can get another car.
    We could use more rain. All we have is overcast skies and broken promises. May as well be sunny.
    I'm sure it will be worth it.

    That seems nominal for your climate. Chimneys really take a hit in climates with extreme temperature ranges. You can make a fairly good living as a tuckpointer up north.

    I wish....but it is fake brick....going to power/pressure wash it, seal it, the paint it the color of the second story siding. If it were brick veneer, it would be fine and I would only have to deal with derusting the metal topper, etc.
