Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Still, you said it was not in the necessary condition to withstand these conditions. Would it not be sensible to make whatever repairs and not have to babysit it?

    yea i dont like crowds. I have a bit of claustrophobia in certain environments. Crowds is one and elevators is another one.

    Then you run into manpower, which they won't increase and dollars which they won't spend. There is about 108K sq ft of attic space that would need to either have insul. added or completely reinsul..

    Last year we had a line burst in the building next to us. It's not one I generally work in, sometimes fill in or help out. They shelled out the $$$ to make the repairs but it just put a band-aid on it. As long as you follow the protocols, you will be in the good.
