Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I couldn't believe the Falcons turned loose Mike Smith. Also, was a little surprised about the Trestman firing. After his first year I didn't think he translated well the the NFL but, management thought otherwise. I was kinda hoping he would pan out.

    Smith was pretty successful overall, he got canned prematurely I think.

    Trestman, I have no idea. The media jumps on and off band wagons, so I don't know what really happened there. I do know that most coaches are like QBs. Give them some players and they win. The coaches (and the QBs) that seem to lift the team by themself are few and far between. ;)

    btw Rex Ryan might be the best defensive coordinator in the NFL. I think he learned a lot this year about keeping his mouth shut. If he learns to appreciate the offensive side of the ball, he can be a pretty good coach. He got the Jets to the AFC championship game with very little emphasis on offense. He just asked the offense not to screw up, the defense did everything else.
