Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    So, yesterday I didn't mention that at the end of the day before, I lifted well over 1,000 lbs. of furniture onto pallets at the day's end. Well, my back never stopped spasming from that, so I stayed home this morning. Still sore, but lots better and I took 4 ibuprofen just now. Scheduled at 4 a.m. tomorrow and I'll make it in.

    Yeah, it was lots of weight. I actually had to lift it 1.5 times, 'cause it needed to be moved again for a buncha boring reasons. I had help the 2nd time.

    oh man, that must have sucked!

    Lisa is doing well. having her vitamins every day. eating well, she hasn't touched one cigarette since she found out she was pregnant. come to think of it I haven't touched a smoke in almost 2 years now too!

    she still gets moody and grumpy once in a while but that's all the preggo hormones! :lol:

    when that happens i just nob my head and say "yup"

    My back is over 50 percent better, and I think it will improve more as I get stretched out, and with ibuprofen.

    Other than that, the weird X-mas scheduling is pretty exhausting.

    I've been listening the news regarding Sony pulling the North Korea comedy from distribution after hackers' threats. The President and lots of others think everyone caved in to the hackers.

    ah that's good about your back, be careful though!

    Lisa and I are staying here in town for Christmas. my Mom is in BC visiting one of my younger Brothers and it's good to rest up and not travel with Lisa being so pregnant.

    yeah pretty crazy they let up and caved in!
