Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     yeah it's going to be so good to have my little Brother here.

    my Mom was a little bummed the Family is moving over. but I told her he has to work and She is just a plane ride away from visiting us!

    and now we are in the 3 bedroom house there is a spare room for her!

    I tend to be the one that fusses when lights and TVs are left on....:lol:....I was fortunate to have the various type and sizes of CFLs here on hand to cover them all. Pretty soon I will be switching over to LED lights, but have a pretty good supply of CFLs on hand.

    They are moving along....just emailed material and workmanship specifications to the contractor along with other contractual terms today. The next phase is the replacement of the lanai ceiling. That work will most likely start after Christmas.
