Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     the thing that wakes me is the normal thing that everyone does several times at night. you wake up slightly so that you can roll over and such. then the noise keeps me from immediately falling back to sleep

    I went to bed at around 1am, then woke up at 4:46am, then it took to about 6 before I fell asleep again for a bit, then awake at 7am again

    I only pee once a night and yes, go back to sleep after that !

    To bad, as i only can sleep when silent around me.

    yeah, that's my problem too, I could try and have a radio with music on, but that will absolutely keep me awake. I need it to be silent around me in order to sleep, I don't really mind waking up from noises, just lacking the ability to go back to sleep now

    no, haven't gone there yet. some days have been better so I have had 10 hours of sleep then. but it's clear that I may have to resort to it at some point in time
