I am still working on adjusting to how early it gets dark now.....it does not feel like 9pm to me. :?

The fence man is suppose to come the first part of the week to make gate adjustments to facilitate the concrete work that we have planned later on....like after the first of the year.

 

So today I had to eliminate some shrubs that are in the way. I also have a lattice screen around my two outside AC condensers that I am replacing. The wooden ones have lasted over 15 years, but I am going to replace them with PVC....I will need to paint them also.

 

I guess I have to get up at 6:30 tomorrow to allow for my morning wake up procedure to be ready in case he come first thing in the morning tomorrow.

Initially, it was a Boy Scout project for merit badges for each son. They handed me tools as I needed them while I cut, spray painted and assembled. The square, 4" x 4" posts are still good, but need to be painted, so I only need to cut the sheets of lattice and the end & top rails to mount the sheets to the posts. It is still a multi day project as painting will be the primary element of work.
