    well i had my follow up with the Doctor here last week.

    my blood pressure is very good he said, 115 over 79. my heart is beating normally. my oxygen level was good. everything seems normal.

    he told me the Doctor in the City was just being cautious prescribing the 81 mg aspirin for me. he told me i don't really need to take it, if i don't take it he wasn't worried.

    he said sometimes it just happens. he was very happy that i quit smoking and drinking 2 years ago. he was glad i cut down my coffee from 4 cups in the morning to 1 to 2 cups.

    he said just keep up the healthy diet, coffee, get exercise.

    and quit all the cocaine. ;)

    I have a fence guy coming by tomorrow mid morning to give me an estimate on moving a gate, which is necessary for the pending concrete work we have planned. I need to move the connecting concrete walk as far away from a large oak tree as I can to reduce the amount of root removal.....necessary for the health of the tree I planted 25 years ago....:lol:

    I am worried that if we cut the root up next to the tree there will be little resistance to a strong east wind......and I don't need any more fire wood right now...:lol:
