Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     The powers that be finally have it back up and running. It was down for quite a while. I check it every Sunday for the upcoming week.

    We've had low 50s and high 40s for a spell. Nice not to run the A/c or heat.

    My utility bills have been running between $500 and $600 a month....just got my last one and it was only $140! :dance: No heat yet this year and no watering the past month, but will have to irrigate soon as no rain is anticipated for almost two weeks. :?

    Mine have been running about $90- $110 the past three months.I'm sure the cold weather will usher in a few $300 - $400 ones. That's the only thing I dread about it.

    Interesting....my utility bills are always higher in the summer, considerably higher. I do use my wood stove to offset the cost of running my two natural gas furnaces...

    During the build we thought out what season really hit us hardest. You got to have heat, period. So we compromised. For some reason it's cheaper to run A/C window units in occupied rooms, rather that cool the entire house. If we have company, the whole house gets cooled, otherwise we compartmentalize the cooling. :dunno: So far it has worked....
