  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    As much as I have begged them not to, they have made me the regular guy on the killer job at the beginning of the night. So, it's gonna be a tough beginning. Probably a big truck because it's the weekend.

    A couple of managers are chuckling behind my back. They know I'm getting killed, but I do the job better than anyone else available. I'd like to put my pain on their bodies for a week, at least.

    In my case I had trained 2 different new guys to do the job. They either got fired or quit or both. I'm not certain.

    I've actually had a couple of female trainees they put with me to do that job, too. But what they really wanted was for them to stay with me for the rest of the time so I could train them to do the normal work, too.
