Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I don't think they will... although it have been better last 3 days, almost silent at times, but this afternoon the volume went way up again

    you should get it checked sooner than later TO

    well i have one more new trainee today. one of them didn't like the airport duties. he said it's too diverse. so he went downtown. so my Boss and I traded him for another. should work out nicely.

    so over the next month i have to train them on runway surface condition reporting. but i know they will pick it up nicely. going to start them off with a 5 day theory classroom followed by daily hands on checks.

    i have taught the runway surface condition reporting to about 17 different Maintainers through the years pm. ages 30 to 60.

    so i adjust it as i need to and i have about 30 different scenario's i use.

    oh man. i just got wicked news from our Midwife. the ultrasound technician looked through the latest ultrasound scans. everything looks normal and our little one is developing nicely!

    heh i'm a fun teacher there pm.

    as i tell my Guys when i'm training them. i look young, i'm only 39. but i've had over 19 years experience in Airports. so trust me, i've seen a lot of shit happen! lol

    we were a little concerned as the Midwife wanted to consult with them as the amnioscintisis showed some odd things. but they made a miscalculation in due dated and after relooking at the ultrasound scans things look fine.
