Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    What did you say to them? Holy shit.

    I just gave the contractor a semi-blank stare as they stammered and huddled to discuss what to do.....finally, I just said to give me what we agreed on as documented in the contract.....call me when you are ready to start that work.

    By the way phun is not letting me quote in a reply at present.

    no i just explained to my Boss how busy we get in the winter with maintenance. and how we need to dedicate people to refueling planes only and how we had to separate the duties of my Guys. the contract head we had always had a problem with my Guys doing both airport and fuel. so he understood.

    so i got the okay to hire 2 more people.
