96F here at present....down a few degrees and a 75F dew point. August is typically our hottest month.

I worked about 30 minutes in my garage which is not air conditioned and was soaking wet afterwards....so yes, it is uncomfortably hot to be working or even existing outside, but fine inside.

 

It is really not much different than having 20F outside in the winter....sucks to be outside, but fine to be inside.
