Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I got some sleep in after midnight. Woke up and fell asleep in the chair after 2 hours, so I went back to bed. Woke up with a sore back, but it's settling down a little now.

    Sounds like you have a busy day happening there.

    ah right on. glad to hear you rested up.

    it's been very busy. but it's been good.

    Lisa is doing very well too. the pregnancy hormones show up once in a while. it's no use arguing with her.

    heh. one day it was cool out there and windy. I told her that after lunch. was going to give her a ride to her Sisters. I told her "it's chilly out, bring a jacket or sweater"

    she was adamant it was nice out. she said "hey no way, it's sunny out. it's nice out"

    after a few minutes of talking with her I convinced her to carry her jacket. we picked up her Sister from the Store. then I drove them to her Sister.

    they got out of the Truck. the first thing she said to her Sister "boy it's chilly out eh!"

    they were changing an antennae at one of our Towers. about 60 feet up in the air.

    voluntold one of our Summer Students. he was a little nervous but did very well. I had the full safety harness on him too.

    LOL it's a good safety harness. it's the one I use when I climb all our 35 foot fuel tanks.

    I did ask him "are you good with heights?"

    I showed him what the plan was, the harness. he was all good. he did very well.

    Yes, back to 4 a.m. for 2 days, then Sunday morning off. They've gotten rid of a couple of the dead wood guys, and I have to train more folks this week, so some more might go.

    They finally got me my name tags that say "Trainer" after about 4 years! :lol:
