    I have a clogged condensation drain tube on my upstairs AC unit.....I discovered this about midnight and have been working on clearing it all day. First with Clorox, then drain cleaner. Still barely dripping, so muriatic acid will be my next attempt.

    Did a little yard work until the afternoon t-storms started and have been working on a clogged condensation drain tube (about a one inch pvc pipe run) for my upstairs AC unit. I am still working on the drain tube having just added acid to it after clorox and drain cleaner did not work.

    I found some old TV antenna guy wire, twisted cable about 1/8 inch thick, that I may have to use to rod the drain tube out tomorrow.

    I managed to make almost 80 bales of hay during this weekend, and is now finished with the first place. Then I moved all the machines here to begin the next episode as soon as the weather improves again.

    No....it runs thru a wall, then thru concrete block, then along under a large stone covered area and finally discharges thru a p-trap with riser and turn down. I would have to cut the pvc at the condenser unit in order to have direct access to the pipe to use my air compressor to blow it out....I don.t want to have to do that, but that option is available if all else fails.

    That sounds like a lot of work there TO.....I have worked with baling hay a long time ago....labor to pick up the bales off the ground behind the bailer and load them on a trailer....then of course, off load the trailer and stack in the barn. I was much younger then. :lol:

    The pipe system is 24 years old and this is the first time it has clogged....:?.....and I should have a lot of things that I don't have...:lol:
