I like Pawn Stars for the most part. Some people bring in some pretty cool stuff.

 

That's maybe an hour from me, depending on how far down HWY 280 they are. When I lived in b'ham that would have been 15 minutes top from me. Very nice area. Years ago it was nothing much more than woods, Inverness exploded and moved that way so businesses picked up there.

 

He's an engineer for a company nearby. Apparently he does very well. Works all the time though.

 

I really love it, it's a reality show but the guys on it are really smart (talking about the experts they call in). I've actually learned a lot of interesting history watching it.

 

I've seen Pawn Stars a couple of times. Amazing show.

 

There's a huge engineering firm's office that was just a couple miles down the road the road from where we lived when we were over there but the name's escaping me right now. May thing of it in a minute. It's not far from Shoal Creek Golf club, where they used to play the US Open every 4 years. The course was in-between where I lived and Calera.

You should see how the people line up on Las Vegas Blvd. waiting to get inside and possibly a segment on the show. It's silly.

I'm sure. They say now that it's pretty much 2 different store,1 that they tape the show in and the other that's the regular pawn shop. Only way to see the guys on the show is to have something the producers of the show may be interested in. Which I believe honestly.

I've pretty much given up on beer and taken up drinking wine. Beer and whiskey weigh heavily on me in the morning regardless of how much I drink, whereas wine has little affect at all. It's almost like I've developed a mild allergy for grains.

Again, it is what it is. Some days are pretty good and some days are just shitty. Nothing compared to you though, my heath is just fine. My bad days is dealing with dumbasses that get on my nerves...not because I can't bend over and pick something up
