Isn't IMDB the arbiter? If you look for Blondie it sends you to Deborah Harry. When Blondie got inducted into the R&R HoF it was the band that got in. Her solo albums are not under the name Blondie.

Anyway it probably would have been more polite for me to have simply added her actual name but folks searching for her should her real name to look for.
