  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    My body hasn't adjust naturally. I'm forcing the issue, sort of. I really do schedule some awake-time to talk to you guys here. It's important to me to hang with you guys.

    I'm still training new guys/girls to literally take my hours. They get paid less so they get scheduled the same as I do.

    lol... Our old night-time Exec. Mgr. has been on a "stress leave of absence" since this thing began. I think they're going to fire him, so he's playing it out as long as possible. He's been replaced by a 25 year-old girl (who makes thousands less). Watching the management do their politics during the change is very interesting.

    The thing is, I like training. If I demand to be paid for it, they'll get someone else to do it, so I'd be without training and without money - a double-loss and not a smart move.
