    Does it not make sense to you, as a poster, to provide information that would make your content visible to the largest number of people? Providing a name that is more familiar could lead to more clicks. I remember the thread you are referring to and only clicked on it because I click on as much as I can as a mod. If I had not been a mod I may have skipped right over the thread since I had no clue who they were by their real names.

    A good example is Lady Gaga. I know who that is. Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, not so much.

    There are always members who will nag about name. If i find pics where there birthname is used i will post it like that. If i find pics of Peyton List i will post it as Peyton List and not as Peyton Roi List

    If there's a notable difference you should always err on the side of what is most commonly known. And in a situation like Peyton List, if there's a distinction to be made, then that distinction should be made. Where you found the images, and how they were identified elsewhere, is irrelevant if ambiguous identification will cause confusion here at phun. I hope you keep that in mind going forward.

    I think it should stay as "Peyton Roi List". Members would know the other one more if they stayed as both "Peyton List". It separates people searching between a known and older actress and a younger Disney starlet. :2cent:
