Who's nude @ Game of Thrones

Lena has said that she is deliberately avoiding Cersei being nude until this scene so that it has the right impact.

 

Oh, I didn't know she had talked about that scene. It must mean then that she is planning on doing the nudity herself.

i really do hope Carice,Emilia and Natalie is nude this season. But this show is starting to really disappoint in nudity lately

 

HBO has a familiar formula. It's the same with many other pay cable shows: draw in a certain demographic with sex and nudity during the first couple of seasons, then quickly withdraw from showing either once you have the crowd hooked. Save for the occasional unknown actress/model from time to time.

That, and many of the actors, who were willing to show skin in order to get the initial job, are now unwilling to do nudity when their contracts come up for renewal. Word is you will never see Emilia Clarke nude again for that very reason.

I'm still wondering how HBO will keep the same cast for the duration. Martin still has 2 (perhaps 3 books) to go and the show is catching up. Yes, Sophie Turner is now 18. However, she'll likely be 25 when this show ends. That is, if her character makes it to the end.

 

This has been going on since season 2 where she didn't appear nude. Except, she's been nude in season 3.
Anyway, if the show follows the books more or less, there is no reason to see her nude until a while (the scene in season 3 was totally gratuitous and absent in the book by the way). Same for Natalie Dormer and Carice Van Houten, if they follow the books, they won't have any nuce scenes. But who knows, maybe another gratuitous scene like in season 3...

 

yeah, I have doubts about Emilia, there's an upcoming scene but it can be made without nudity.

and it seems that Carice has no problems with nudity but there will be nothing for this season... maybe the next year, for tempt a bastard...

 

Emilia has already stated that she won't be doing any more nude scenes(can't remember where but I'll find it and post it), but now thats she gonna be Sarah Conner in the new Terminator movies and become more famous she can do or not do whatever she wants. Bummer

 

This interview has appeared before she's done another nude scene in season 3, so it's not really beleivable. The fact she doesn't appear nude in this season or the next doesn't mean she doesn't want to go nude again, it's just because it's also like that in the book. We can never know anyway. Only time will tell.

The nice thing about Game of Thrones is that eventually every attractive female gets naked unless they are supposed to be underage. Example: The actress for Sansa (forget her name) even though she is old enough, she plays a girl that's underage. For shame.

 

Isn't Daenerys supposed to be a young teen?

 

She just turned 18 a couple of months ago. Probably well after filming this season was done.

If a year in the books is the same as a year in our time, she was 14 when she married Drogo.

 

Dunno about the books but I don't think they've ever mentioned Daenery's age in the show as opposed to Sansa, they've mentioned her young age over and over.

 

For the show they made all the kids a lot older. Daenerys is at least 18 now as opposed to 14 or so in the books.

Indeed, she has done a lot of nude scenes in other films/series than GoT. She even said in the media that there must be more nude in movies!
