    Back when I was in my teens, I had a homemade climbing stand. Went up about twenty feet and took a seat. A small buck came about halfway across the field from me. I stood up to take aim, and the damn thing ratcheted all the way to the ground. That was early Sept and I had short sleeves on. I managed to spin around and hug the tree goin' down. It was almost Thanksgiving before the bark rash cleared up on my arms. :p

    I want to live in the mountains. I would only do it if I was financially set for life, so that should be in about 23 1/2 years after never.

    Fuck! You still fuck around with trees? Thats a physical manifestation of my nightmares! I have a debilitating fear of heights. Dont know why. I can remember vividly climbing trees and running around on roofs in my youth. Not sure when it changed. :confused:
