Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I have not made lasagna in over 30 years....since before my kids were born. i used to take all day to make up about 6 large, deep baking pans. Would cut into large servings and freeze it as micro waves were just coming out....they had one in the City employee lounge. I could warm it up there.....the aroma would have bunches of folks sticking there head in to see what it was and who made it. I always order Lasagna when I eat out at an Italian restaurant, but have never had it out as good as I made it. :yumyum:

    I think the main thing was that I cooked my sauce down to where it was very thick. Most commercial sauce in lasagna is a bit runny. I also tended to use less meat and more cheeses with spice than most. I also under cooked the lasagna noodles initially (just enough to be flexible without cracking) as this also helped to keep the lasagna from getting runny. Lasagna and garlic bread/toast......one of the top five meals for me! ;)

    We are limited to only twice a week at present and my days are Thursday and Sunday....I am about to go start a full cycle. So the answer to your question is yes.
