    Just keep in mind, PM, that a hurt muscle is easily re-injured until it is fully healed....and it takes usually at least 6 weeks to fully heal.

    I did something similar once when I was 29, though with nothing quite so heavy. I was lobbing wooden shipping pallets up onto a shipping dock in a lifting and twisting motion and just wrenched by lower back something bad. I was bent like a question mark for a week and it took quite a while before I healed up proper. A few months later the injury came back to haunt me in the worst way when I was rocking a large crate of wheel lugs by hand on the forks of a forklift - can't recall why I was doing that - when I wrenched it again. I hit the floor like a sack of dirt and couldn't move my legs for a full minute. Scared the piss out of me. My lumbar has never been right since.

    I had a big Italian beef and sausage sandwich for supper last night that made me feel sluggish so I decided to get up off my ass and walk to the store. But first I wanted to watch the Packers drive down the field so I sat back on my bed to watch.... 5 hours later I awoke at 12:30am. :lol:
