Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    There were a lot of rules with our system too, like in order to have access to most of the perks, you had to maintain a minimum PTO balance. The rules were necessary as many of the workers behaved like children rather than responsible adults.....come to think about it, many of the workers were little more than children...:lol:

    The rules and stipulations are ridiculous!!!! I think they set it up that way so there isn't a huge payout at the end of the year. That way they can somewhat project year end bottom line. We are a publicly traded company and heaven forbid should we not meet the numbers!!!!

    Cold, let me tell you what I saw yesterday. Just before dark, as I was sitting in my stand, I heard this crunching noise. At the very back of my stand I saw a raccoon. It was sitting on its' haunches in front of a pile of corn. It was eating the corn just as fast as it could.
