Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Vacation would be planned further in advance, whereas personal days are used as necessary. Also, vacations are more frequently paid time off then personal days I think. In the way I used it, I was wondering if he had the time off scheduled or decided he needed time away for a bit.

    My time off is accrued differently. I earn x amount of hours by the hours I work. PTO hours is what it's called, Personal Time Off. I get accrue 8 hours off for every 80 hours I work. It builds up pretty quickly. BTW, it's paid time also. Not counting the three days I just took, I still have 100 or so hours to burn.
