    He only answered a couple questions directly. But his dodging around showed me that he doesn't know what the District is doing. The problem is that we lost our Number One for the whole operation (day and night) about 3 months ago. They haven't replaced him yet. So, they're trying to run the place from a level that isn't even even on the premises. They're looking at goals on pieces of paper. Those goals can't be met. We need a new Number One to stand up to the District guys. They just haven't gotten one yet.

    They're having a problem replacing the Number One because we are so big. They have to find someone and relocate him/her to a new state, or give it to someone who is on the rise and ready for us, Michigan's 2nd biggest operation of its kind.

    I can't believe they haven't replaced him yet. The guys at the District have BIG egos, though. I think they think they can do it. They have shit-for-brains. :lol:
