    The deer population in the north half of Florida is getting to be problematic......except for hunters, there are no wild predators left to keep them in check....:?

    A few of the posh communities here have started to issue permits to lessen the population. Any chance of that? At some point they will need to because of the lack of predation and disease.

    I am inside the city limits......no firearm discharge allowed. They would have to trap and relocate if they wanted to do anything.

    One community allowed bow only. That is an option. They had a lottery type drawing. There is a preset limit on days, bag limit, and sex. Getting your local Wildlife resources officer and POA to come up with a plan could b e very beneficial.
