  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Sit down and I'll try to give you the skinny on it. :p The capacity is how many of the the apt.s are full. We are usually at 100% there. Avg'd out over the year we can be around 95 -97% capacity.The Google crew is going to film a virtual tour through our facility.

    What bothers me the most, is they apply all of this extra sales and marketing BS on us, as if we don't have enough to do, trying to get "us" to 100% capacity. All the jumping through hoops and extraneous crap they think of, sickens me. All I want to do is maintain the buildings and make the residents as happy as I can.

    problem is that others get rated/get raised based on THAT stuff. They want to check a box and says we did 100% (or whatever it is).

    It seems that their goals are not "aligned" to your goals. :shock:
